September was a race and we were unable to find openings in our schedule for birthday parties. But there is always time for birthday cake. Here are the guests who arrived for Logan's evening on the last day of September.
October slowed down a little. So we decided to host a birthday party for 27 Princesses as a first friend party for Sadie's 6th Birthday. Frozen themed.
'True Love Kisses to Melt a Frozen Heart.'
The set-up
Another Angle
Olaf Popcorn
Frozen Silly Putty
Do You Want to Build a Snowman?
It was a pretty fantastic afternoon. Here's a glimpse.
Immediately following the Princess Party, we set-up a sporting extravaganza for our Teenager and his 12 friends. Football, Volleyball and Basketball were on the itinerary for the evening.
The Fall Season was beautiful for afternoon walks (while our vehicle was in for servicing).
Canadian Thanksgiving occurred in Montana where we were host to a GM fleet. Our lovely Montana neighbors even attended our humble abode for dinner.
A view of the weekend set-up
A non Thanksgiving meal consisted of KD. We fed it to our cousin before he was taken to eat his healthy version of lunch.
Back at home: One minute I am browsing a store shelf , the next; Chase has been transformed
We did a little shopping for breakers. That's $250 worth of supposed toys right there.
When you have a little time to kill, it's always nice to find a frozen yogurt. Mini date.
One of our last Cross Country Races was located at RDL. The twins are getting ready to run.
Here is Quinten coming into the finish line.
Sadie said she didn't want to run cross country because she didn't want to get tired. I completely understand! And at the last minute, she decided to jump in and try. It was a positive experience for her.
Here's a brief stop at the RDL 1 room school house. The door was unlocked! But we respected the space and did not go in.
So cute.
We made a visit to a downtown condo storage room to pick-up a bedroom suite being handed down from her Great Aunt. It's so perfect.
Here it is, delivered to the masculine side of Sadie's room (that will soon change).
And the trusted helpers Hudson and Chase.
William attended the 4 day trip to Eco Camp.
Chase fell against a dining room chair and cracked his ear open.
AND Clifford the Big Red Dog attended the school book fair. He almost swallowed Chase whole with his hug.

Halloween costume dilemma. #sixthchildproblems
The decision has been made. Chase is a Lion.
Lions always go out trick or treating with Elsa. Right?
Halloween is all fun and games. Especially this year.
Such a beautiful evening with a glowing Princess.
