We took a road trip to one of our favorite destinations. This time we rented a cabin. The kids absolutely loved it. They especially loved playing Capture the flag outside the cabin.
Here's one of the reasons we love the area so much. It's the casual lifestyle and the amazing scenery.
Gorgeous treed hills and valleys.
We love the forest. Logan came home with a Tick in his hair. We bagged it and the stubborn bug lived for more than 6 weeks.
Road trips create sleeping passengers.
We had a campfire. Through some unpredictable weather patterns of sleet and light rain.

And, yes, we played games.
