First, a Special to Sadie's Gramma who was kind enough to lend her expensive camera to us in order to capture the first few precious weeks of Sadie's life.
Second, the reason for the camera was due to the fact that mine was stolen, along with the contents of my purse on the August long weekend.
It's taken until now to realize that my filed report with The City of Calgary Police has 'fallen through the cracks', not once ... but twice!
Which brings us to now: 10 weeks later and a personal visit by a kind Constable who was kind enough to provide the boys a tour of his cruiser. They discovered all the switches and buttons which create the noise and lights they are used to hearing and seeing.
















Some might say: That poor little girl. She will never be free to experience life due to the protective influence of her big brothers.
We prefer to look at it in another way. No one has ever been more loved, adored, cuddled and yes; protected.
